The Return of Normalcy
The month of May marked the completion of 43 shows for me. That is officially the amount of shows that I averaged monthly, pre-pandemic. Of course the pause has changed the shows and my approach to comedy, for better and worse. Worse: many of the shows were smaller due to social distancing, which can be seen as a negative. Better: I have changed how often I take chances on shows with new material or risks that I would never take before for fear of failure. More importantly, for 2021 I have decided to give back to charities as well. In April and May, I raised $1,000 from my shirt sales for Autism Speaks. I will continue my charity donations for the month of June for Parkinson's Foundation. Fifty percent of all my "Better Call Paul" shirts will go to this organization as this is a cause very personal to me. Message me if you want one! #charity #comedyisback #comedy #careerchange Comments are closed.
